TA Travel Center

I have been to a lot of truck stops over the years, and this TA has quickly become one of my favorite places to stop. From the moment you pull in, you can tell that the staff genuinely cares about keeping this location clean, organized, and welcoming for professional drivers. There is plenty of parking, which is a huge advantage after a long day on the road. It's nice not having to stress about finding a safe place to park. The showers are some of the cleanest I've used. They are well maintained, smell fresh, and always make it easy to relax and recharge before getting back on the road. The laundry room is another standout feature. The machines are clean, easy to use, and the entire area is kept in excellent condition, making it convenient for drivers who spend weeks away from home. I also really appreciate the theater room. It's a great place to unwind, watch a movie, and take a break from the demands of trucking. Amenities like that show this TA goes above and beyond for drivers. One thing that truly separates this location from others is the incredible staff. Every interaction I've had has been positive, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Arrived at 13:30 and trailer was repaired at 23:30 for a trailer light issue. Mechanic told me that my po# does nothing for him and to wait in front of door 2. 1 hour and 30 minutes later I go back in and ask if there is anything he needs to get things started, he replied, nope. I said ok, I will be waiting in front of door 2. 17:00 I go in again when there is another person at the desk. She replied, you are not registered with us. I explained to her what the guy said earlier, so she walked away. When she came back she said, that the guy I spoke with said that I never checked in. I now have a start repair order for 21:30. I have been watching other driver get repairs and leave all day. I have been local for 2 years. I thought I’d give this TA another go but, it was a mistake that I will never make again. People think it is okay to throw your time away, it is not.

Having to shut down for 4 days due to no oversized loads during Memorial Day weekend. This spot was very quiet with no shenanigans happening at night! I felt safe at all times. Only Diesel pumps and about 8 of those. The mechanic shop has five bays. The food options here are ok and there is kinda a restaurant. That prepared food for the cooler and warmer boxes. However there are several good restaurants very close! I recommend this location the store, showers and restrooms are clean. Most of the staff from mechanic shop to the store are nice. You have that one always grumpy person, but she probably has a lot going on. Not nice...

Location has ample parking, and I saw a lot porter driving around and cleaning up. I was here mid afternoon and the parking was still very empty. Dual fuel lanes and Def seemed to be available at all lanes. Inside of the store was stocked to the brim. Although the Resturant was closed, they had plenty of hot meals boxed and cold ones in the fridge to offer various options. Two movie rooms to relax and a nice size game room. The offer a basketball to play outside with the basketball net to let you get some juices flowing. The bathroom was clean, the shower was also clean, towels warm and the bathroom was dry! Not wet and humid. Soap was full and the water pressure was great. The nozzle even had different selections to choose from. Customer service was also on point! Didn’t get a 5 star due to the Def not working on my lane and then knowing this issue for two days but failing to mark the pump.
